All of the team at Pier Law are working remotely from our homes during the Covid-19 Lockdown and it is still business as usual.  The only change is that our attendances with you will be by way of Video Link and phone.

We have full access to all usual systems including Landonline (in order for us to complete all matters land and title related) and our banking system which means we can still complete financial transactions for our clients.

For first home buyers – we acknowledge that this is a stressful and confusing time to be purchasing.  We encourage first home buyers to approach us with any questions you may have (remember there is no question too minor).  If you do enter into an Agreement for Sale and Purchase to purchase a first home during the lockdown period, we can still help you with your Kiwisaver first home withdrawal applications and any other matters pertinent to your purchase.  All you need is the ability to connect with us via Video Link. 

For all property transactions (sales, purchases and mortgage refinancing) – we likewise can help you through these transactions via Video Link and phone.  We are more than ready to assist you and encourage you to fire us an email or give us a call.
